We currently offer free shipping to the Contiguous U.S. for all Limidax products. Your order will be processed and ready to ship in one to two business days. Shipping will take 3-5 days (most of the time ships next business day, and takes 3 days to complete shipment; exceptions for Holidays). We do not offer free shipping to International orders and International buyers assume all responsibility for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs or customs due.
What do I do if I haven't received my order after 5 business days? (all US orders)

. We will return your inquiry within 48 hours.
Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by e-mailing email@example.com
. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.
2. RETURN POLICY: 100% Satisfaction or Send it Back
We make it easy to return Limidax products
if you are not satisfied. Simply, enclose the paper invoice receipt you received with your order along with the unused portion of the Limidax product. Please note that only your first Limidax product as a new Limidax customer is covered under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (30-Day guarantee from date of purchase). If you do not have the paper invoice receipt that came with your order in your original box, you must first contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org
for assistance before you ship the return. Our associates will be happy to help you (however, there may be an additional fee for large orders). You may only enclose one Limidax product for return per box you are return shipping. You may make copies of the invoice receipt if you will be shipping back multiple products for a refund.
2.1 RETURNS TO OUR PROCESSING CENTER
Please follow the steps below to complete your return:
1. Please circle the item you wish to return on the your original packing invoice form.
2. Briefly write "I request a refund" along with a reason for the return on the back of the invoice.
3. Provide a telephone number in case we have questions.
4. Pack your return securely.

We recommend that you insure the package prior to shipment.

We do not cover any of your return shipping costs.
After we receive your return and you meet our Return Policy (detailed above), we process your return within 10 business days. We do not refund any shipping costs you had incurred when purchasing the product (i.e. Priority Mail or Priority Express). At the same time, we do not charge you a restocking fee, since we do not restock (for health and safety considerations). You will be issued your refund for the Limidax product on your PayPal, credit or debit card, or a check will be sent to you (at our discretion). All new customers returning their very first bottle purchase are eligible for a full item refund (no restocking fees, no disposal fees). If multiple products were bought, a disposal fee will only be waived on one item. Disposal fees deducted from refund amounts for returns are as follows: 10% disposal fee for any open Starter Package (due to Health-related reasons, as we will need to dispose of the product for safety purposes). 20% disposal fee for any Pro or Plus Package bottle return (this is again due to Health-related reasons, as we will need to dispose of the product for safety purposes), and the bottle must have at least 15 pills remaining. If the bottle has less than 15 capsules remaining, we will not accept the return and will not issue any refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Starter and Pro packages that were discounted through codes may be refused a refund at our discretion (e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
). These refund policies were implemented to discourage unethical returns and cover health and disposal related expenses with the return of products.
As noted above in Section 2.1, we do not cover any of your return shipping costs.
If you do not receive a refund within 20 days of your return, you need to contact us at email@example.com
. There is most likely a problem with the return (i.e. you may have passed the guarantee period).
