What is a Subscription? Are Auto Ship programs Helpful?

An auto-ship program allows you to schedule - on a recurring basis - your Limidax product shipments. The auto-ship program creates value for you because it is convenient, cost saving ($5 off regular price), and allows for a "set it and forget it" system (you'll never run out of Limidax). At the same time, the auto ship creates value for our company because we derive benefits from being able to budget, inventory, and fulfill orders more effectively. It is a win-win!

Please be aware that not all auto ship programs are set up as ethically and transparent as the Limidax program. Please always exercise caution when signing up on the internet for "free trials," as many of them come with auto ship programs that are dangerous. The vast majority of modern auto ship programs are designed to charge as much on your credit card as possible before you realize what is happening and decide to cancel. In addition to hiding auto ship programs in small fine-print, some companies also go out of their way to make cancelling extremely difficult.

Our auto ship program was designed with only your happiness and satisfaction in mind. When you purchase the Pro Subscription, we will complete the order just like any order from The only difference is that we will have you marked as a recurring customer. You will be charged the same price per 25 days from your purchase date. We bill you every 25 days so as to leave 5 days for the Limidax order to reach you. If we had continued by billing every 30 days instead of 25, you would run out of Limidax before your next bottle reached you.

What happens if I need to Cancel my Subscription? How hard is Cancelling?

You may cancel your subscription absolutely anytime before your next bill. We make it easy for you. Listed below are all the ways that you can cancel the subscription, and the direct steps.

Option 1. Cancelling through Subscription Management

In this option, you can cancel the auto ship subscription yourself through our subscription management portal. You do not need to notify us.

This option is the easiest and fastest way of cancelling your subscription. Simply open the receipt e-mail that was sent to you from foxycart after you had completed your purchase. There is a section marked: "Manage Subscriptions." Below it, are links to "Update your billing information," "Transfer this subscription to somebody else," and "Cancel this subscription."

Click on the Cancel link and go on to cancel your subscription. From that moment on, you will no longer be billed automatically or shipped Limidax automatically. That's it.

Option 2. Cancelling through PayPal Account

In this option, you can cancel the auto ship subscription yourself through your PayPal Account used to make the subscription purchase. You do not need to notify us.

NOTE: You can only follow these steps if you have a PayPal Account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you must either follow Option 1 or Option 3 to cancel your subscription.

Option 3. Cancelling through Limidax

In order to cancel through us, you will need to let us know at least 3 days before your next bill. This is to allow us time to make sure we've properly de-activated your account.

Simply follow these steps:

1. You will be e-mailing through the e-mail account you made the subscription purchase. Make sure the Subject Line reads: "Request to Cancel Limidax Subscription"

2. In the body of the e-mail include your full name and let us know that you want to end your Pro Subscription.

3. Send the e-mail. That's it. We will confirm the cancellation with you after we have processed your request.

Does the Return Policy still Apply?

Of course it still applies. If you're not happy, we're not happy.
